On Thursday, on Instagram, Naomi Campbell reported the birth of her second child. The 53-year-old supermodel posted a photo of the baby boy in her arms, wearing a matching white beanie and attire. The photograph depicts Campbell, her daughter, and the infant grasping hands.

“My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence,” Campbell wrote in the photo’s caption. “A True Blessing from God, be blessed! Welcome Infant.

The English model, who gave birth to her first child at the age of 50, added, “It’s never too late to become a mother.”

Several celebrities congratulated Campbell on the newest addition to her family by leaving comments on her post.

“Oh, my gracious! Welcome! “Blessings upon blessings,” wrote the actress Zoe Saldana.

“Oh my! Already?” designer Marc Jacobs said. “I cannot fathom another blessing. How wonderful!!”

Although Campbell is generally private about her personal life—she has not disclosed her children’s names or shown their faces in full—she has previously discussed the pleasures of motherhood. In 2022, she appeared on the cover of British Vogue alongside her nine-month-old daughter.

“I always knew I would become a mother one day, but it’s the greatest pleasure I could ever have imagined. “I am fortunate to have her,” Campbell told British Vogue. “I do everything for her; that’s it. It’s so entirely selfless, isn’t it?”

She also disclosed to the magazine that she has been encouraging her older acquaintances to start families.

“I’m telling them all, do it!” Don’t be hesitant,” she urged.

Campbell has never stated whether she used a surrogate or fertility treatments to conceive her children. She did, however, inform British Vogue that her daughter was not adopted.
